Greenville Hurling Recap
Last weekend some of our hurlers made the trip to the Greenville SC for their annual Hurling Tournament. Ed Quinn, Larre Reeves, Conor Ennis, Dillon Alcorn, Mia Jafari and Nick Holmes all represented the Raleigh club with distinction as they played in games against Atlanta and Greenville. A big thanks to the Hampton Roads clubs for lending some of their players in what was another great opportunity for our players to get match practice. Well done to all that made the trip!

Peach Cup in Atlanta June 4th
On Saturday June 4th Atlanta will host the Peach Cup, their annual football and hurling tournament, at the Georgia Soccer Park. It is a sevens tournament in both codes. Due to the distance of travel, Raleigh will be sending one team this year in football only. However, following the football games players may be able to play hurling with the Knoxville club if they wish. If players wish to travel, send an email to info@raleighgaa.com.

Youth GAA game in Durham June 5th
Raleigh GAA’s affiliated youth club, Triangle Irish Sports Youth
Association (TISYA), is hosting a Gaelic football game/training at 12pm on Sunday June 5th at Northern Durham High School for kids aged 14 and up. We’re looking for as many kids as possible to play, to make this first official TISYA event in Durham a successful one. If your kids might be interested, please join in the fun. Please also contact our Durham co-ordinator Mike Barbaza at Michael.Barbaza@dpsnc.net so we have an idea
of numbers ahead of time.

Training continues next week
We will have training on Monday and Wednesday next week. We intend to have long scrimmages on both nights if we get enough numbers – spread the word!
